From the moment I opened the box, I immediately was happy with the purchase. The entire product was very sturdy. The rubber handle was very nicely made and easy to grab onto. The handle is also a nice red color which really stands out! The sharp blades were covered with a plastic protector which is great for when its in storage. I did use this twice. I used it to cut up cheese for dinner last night and also on a lemon. Both had excellent results. The thinner blade made it easier to use. I didn't feel like I was going to slice my fingers like I feel with larger ones. When I was complete it was easily washed with some warm soapy water. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking!
